A new twist on our popular Spaghetti Squash Bake. This one features lots of refreshing flavor inspired by the Mediterranean and still uses produce that is in season.
We roast organic spaghetti squash from Red Wagon Farms and toss it with sliced organic onion sauteed in olive oil with Cantanzaro herb blend from Savory Spice Shop (garlic, lemon peel, marjoram, European basil, Mediterranean thyme, rosemary and Greek oregano) along with fresh organic basil and parsley, then we finish this with (optional) parmesan cheese.
One Tin - Serves 4 as a side.
