A twist on our popular creamy Spaghetti Squash Bake. This one features lots of refreshing flavor inspired by the Mediterranean and still uses produce that is in season.
We roast organic Red Wagon Farm spaghetti squash and toss it with sliced organic onion sauteed in olive oil with Cantanzaro herb blend from Savory Spice Shop (garlic, lemon peel, marjoram, European basil, Mediterranean thyme, rosemary and Greek oregano) along with fresh organic basil and parsley, then we finish this with (optional) pecorino cheese.
Add optional 100% grassfed Teton Waters Ranch Polish beef sausage for a hearty meal. Grass-Fed Beef, Water, Sea Salt, Vinegar, Spices including Paprika, Celery Powder, Garlic Powder, Cherry Powder.
