Thanksgiving menu for pick up (or home delivery) Wednesday 11/21.
Mixing it up! Here's a mash that's not potato based, but just as creamy, comforting and delicious.
First we roast local organic sweet butternut with organic extra virgin olive oil and Real sea salt. Then we puree it with more olive oil and a bit of filtered water to get a lovely texture. This squash is so tasty that this pure version is a delight on its own.
Then, if you want to go for the works, we toss in toasted, sprouted organic pumpkin seeds (pepitas), fresh ground cinnamon from Savory Spice Shop, roasted organic onion, and fresh organic sage. Delicious!
Quart serves 4-6. If you are having a number of sides for your meal, plan on 6+ servings. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
