These are not the southern style, super cooked down collard greens. We cook them so they retain their beautiful green color, crisp stems and bright flavor. They're just lovely. And bacon and collard greens are a match made in heaven!
We slice and lightly saute tender organic collard greens with organic garlic in olive oil, and then finish with a splash of organic apple cider vinegar and optional bacon.
