We love the flavors of a good falafel and are featuring them in this tasty veggie burger! Three different fresh herbs, coriander, cumin and smoked paprika pack a flavor punch.
Organic housemade chickpeas (from scratch- not canned), organic eggs, our own gluten-free flour mix*, organic onion, organic garlic, organic cilantro, organic parsley, organic mint from Susanna's garden, Savory Spice Shop's coriander, Spanish smoked paprika and organic cumin, organic lemon zest and fresh squeezed juice, and Real sea salt.
We pan cook each of these in olive oil until they've got a delicious golden brown crust (the fried bits are always the best part).
Four hearty burgers per order.
These keep well for 5 days or so and freeze excellently for quick meals later. They also travel really well. Enjoy them with a salad, in a pita with your favorite toppings or for an easy on the go snack.
