Organic Red Wagon Farm overwintered spinach (so sweet), Pecorino cheese, and fresh goat cheese baked in a creamy custard of chef Bri's backyard organic eggs, organic Rocky Mountain area pastured whole milk, and organic pastured cream in our homemade pie shell (our housemade gluten-free Flour mix, organic butter, chia seed, egg, and Real sea salt). It's gum free! We use the chia and a small amount of egg as the binder instead.
Delicious with our Italian Roast Beets.
One 9 inch pie. Serves 6 as a main dish.
Freezes well! Great for any meal- travels well for work lunches.
