Roasted Sweet Pepper Soup


The essence of summer in a bowl. We roast succulent organic sweet peppers and simmer them with organic gold potato, organic onion, organic garlic, a dash of organic red wine vinegar, olive oil and a hint of Savory Spice Shop's sweet smoked paprika**. The we puree until silky smooth.

Delicious warm or cold. 

Quart or Pint.  One Quart serves 2-3 as a main or 4 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.

**We make all our soups and stocks from scratch with filtered, pH balanced water.
