Thanksgiving Silky Pumpkin Pie with Date Nut Crust (Filling Only Option)


Thanksgiving menu for pick up (or home delivery) Wednesday 11/23.

It isn't Thanksgiving without a pumpkin pie. And this pie's crust blows other pies out of the water - the dates and nuts add a depth of caramel like flavor to the pumpkin filling... blissful. (And also surprisingly sugar free, gluten free, and dairy free!)

Got a nut allergy? Want to make your own crust or use our flaky pie dough? We also offer pints of the filling only.  One pint makes one 9 inch pie.

Our silky smooth filling includes local organic Red Wagon Farm pumpkin, organic coconut milk (no guar gum), organic eggs, organic coconut flour, unfiltered Colorado honey, and Savory Spice Shop's cinnamon, organic ginger and fresh ground nutmeg. 

We take that filling and bake it cradled in a crust of soaked and dehydrated organic almonds, walnuts, and pecans; organic dates; organic egg; and fresh squeezed organic lemon juice.

One 9" pie . Serves 6-8 for $3.85 per serving for 6. Everyone's going to want more than one slice, though.

Choose the Pint option for a pint of the filling only to bake in your own crust (or in a jar for pumpkin pudding!).

Plus it makes great breakfasts Thanksgiving. Yes, we eat pie for breakfast.
