Red Lentil Dal with Coconut Cream


One of Susanna's most requested recipes from her personal chef days. Earthy with a refreshing kick from ginger and jalapeno - and it just feels so nourishingly good.

We make this mild but flavorful dish with organic red lentils, organic spinach, organic onion, organic garlic, organic tomato paste, organic coconut cream (guar gum free), turmeric, fresh organic cilantro, organic jalapeño, organic ginger, organic fresh lemon juice, and Real sea salt.
