Red Lentil Dal with Coconut Cream


One of Susanna's most requested recipes from her personal chef days. Earthy with a refreshing kick from ginger and jalapeno - and it just feels good.

We make this mild but flavorful dish with organic red lentils, organic spinach, organic onion, organic tomato paste, organic coconut cream (guar gum free), turmeric, fresh organic cilantro, organic jalapeño, organic ginger, organic fresh lemon juice, and Real sea salt. 

Quart is 3-4 servings. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.

This is hot packed and vacuum sealed to maintain freshness for at least 10 days before opening. It also freezes excellently.

We have white lids with rubber rings that are reusable so please return both the lid and plastic ring at your earliest convenience (and we can reuse the metal ring as always). Thank you!
