Organic housemade chickpeas (from scratch), Jodar Farms eggs**, our own gluten free flour mix (organic brown rice, white rice, sorghum, tapioca flours), organic onion, organic cilantro, locally grown sprouts (as available), Real sea salt, and a hint of organic lemon zest. We pan cook each of these in olive oil until they've got a delicious golden brown crust.
Four or two hearty burgers per order. These keep well for up to 5 days and freeze excellently for quick meals later.
They also travel really well. Use them as a bun and sandwich your favorite toppings in between burger halves for a tasty gluten-free option.
