Roast Organic Chicken with Black Olives, Orange and Thyme


We brine organic chicken then slather it with fresh garlic and organic extra virgin olive oil, and top with fresh organic orange slices and olives and Real sea salt.  

Roasted to perfection with more whole garlic cloves (for that lovely mild caramelized garlic and thyme sprigs then finished with French brined black olives (olives, salt water). This succulent and flavorful chicken is a winner.
