Tangy Pork Green Chile (Gluten Free, Paleo)


Don't even compare this to other green chiles you've had.  We make it completely from scratch using no thickeners or fillers with organic locally grown chiles we've preserved from summer. 

You will love this hearty yet tangy, bright, refreshing and slightly spicy dish.

We braise locally, lovingly raised pork shoulder with roasted organic Full Circle Farm Anaheim chiles we've preserved, fresh tomatillos (organic as available - these come from Mexico), organic onions, organic fresh squeezed lime juice, organic fresh cilantro, organic fresh garlic, Savory Spice Shop's cumin and Mexican oregano, olive oil and Real sea salt.  A favorite by far!

1 Quart or 1 Pint. One Quart serves 3-4 as a main. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit. 

Enjoy with our GF Fluffy Cornbread (or rice) and a side of our Crunchy Slaw for a super satisfying meal.
