Provencal Fish Stew


Wild-caught Alaskan cod we braise in a rich broth of white wine and clam juice along with capers, olives, locally-grown organic tomatoes from Red Wagon Farms we've preserved from the summer, organic onions, organic garlic, Herbs de Provence from Savory Spice Shop (an aromatic blend of thyme, sage, lavender and rosemary), olive oil and Real sea salt.  One of our favorite dishes! 

Four servings of fish (1-lb) per order with plenty of juicy sauce. Try some Cappello's grain-free Fettuccine tossed with a little olive oil and salt for a simple and delicious side to soak up that sauce.
