Holiday Savory Roast Vegetable Tart with Optional Feta (Filling only option)

Choose the Pint option for the filling only - which is gluten free, dairy free (if you choose), vegan and nightshade free. Great as a holiday meal side!

This free form tart is a super fun way to eat your veggies and a beautiful fun presentation for dinner parties , a holiday meal, or just to make dinner at home special. 

We roast a medley of Red Wagon Farm organic carrots, Red Wagon organic beets, and Red Wagon Farm organic butternut squash and toss with sweet slow cooked organic onions, fresh organic thyme and fresh organic rosemary, then toss with olive oil and Real sea salt and bake in a thin crust of organic pastured butter, organic unbleached white flour, organic white whole wheat flour, and Real sea salt.

Topped with an optional sprinkle of organic sheep's milk feta. 

One 9" tart.  Serves 4 as main with sides and 4-6 as a side dish. One pint serves 3.
