Rosemary Garlic Roast Pork Loin


So classic. We brine local Long Family Farms pork loin (lovingly raised pigs on conventional feed) and then roast it with fragrant organic rosemary and organic garlic along with our housemade chicken stock*, olive oil, and sea salt.  

Delicious! This is some of the most flavorful pork around.

Enjoy with this week's Braised Cabbage. It also makes excellent sandwiches for lunch. 

*We make all our soups and stocks with filtered, mineralized, pH balanced water. 

Order by the Full Pound or Half Pound.  One full pound serves 3-4 with sides.
