This soup is pure, unadulterated, surprisingly bright mushroom flavor that will put your memories of canned soup to shame. Especially because we make our own organic mushroom stock and fresh organic cashew cream - no fillers! Totally plant based.
We simmer organic local Hazel Dell mushrooms, organic onion, organic cauliflower (for texture - you don't taste it!), organic thyme, black pepper and Real sea salt in our housemade mushroom stock** and fresh housemade organic cashew cream (filtered water, organic cashews).
Then we puree until smooth and add some more delicious sauteed mushrooms for texture and flavor and finish with a dash of organic sherry vinegar.
This will freeze if you'd like to stock up and re-invent some of your childhood casserole recipes in a delicious, healthy way.
