We are super stoked about this new recipe. This soup is pure, unadulterated, surprisingly bright mushroom flavor that will put your memories of canned soup to shame. Especially because we make our own organic mushroom stock and fresh organic almond milk - no fillers!
We simmer organic local Hazel Dell mushrooms, organic cauliflower (for texture - you don't taste it!), organic thyme, black pepper and Real sea salt in our housemade mushroom stock** and housemade organic almond milk (filtered water, organic almonds). Then we puree until smooth and add in some more delicious sauteed mushrooms for texture and flavor and finish with a dash of organic sherry vinegar.
This will freeze if you'd like to stock up and re-invent some of your childhood casserole recipes in a fresh way.
**We make all our soups and stocks from scratch with filtered pH balanced water. Our mushroom stock also uses organic dried local Hazel Dell mushrooms.

Stays FRESH longer! This item is vacuum sealed. It will keep fresh for at least 10 days in the fridge before opening or it can be frozen. All items with the white lid indicate this packing.
The lids and rubber rings are resuable, please return them at your earliest convenience to keep our waste down.
Freezes excellently. To freeze use freezer safe glass jars (straight-edged) or other freezer safe vessels. Break the vacuum seal and check headroom first.
