This one is for the kids... and your inner child.
So comforting, this is a simple family pleasing dish for some familiarity in strange times.
We slice organic Colorado gold potatoes and cover ith organic milk, organic pastured cream, organic butter, pecorino cheese, and pink Himalayan sea salt.
Then we top it Tillamook cheddar and parmesan cheese and bake to a delicious golden brown.
One Tin serves 3-4 as a side.
