Summer Vegetable Soup with North African Style Lamb Meatballs


Full of flavor!  Succulent lamb meatballs are a perfect vehicle for bursts of spices and delicious simmered veggies.

Our take on meatballs is grain and dairy free. Here we are inspired by North Africa and blend Colorado raised Triple M Bar Ranch lamb, and a fine puree of organic onion, organic carrot, organic kale, organic garlic, organic apple cider vinegar, olive oil, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, nutmeg, ginger, fresh organic mint, organic parsley, organic cilantro and Real sea salt. 

We simmer the meatballs in our rich housemade chicken stock* with organic kale, organic celery, organic onions,  organic carrots, organic lemon juice we've freshly squeezed, olive oil and Real sea salt.

Quart or Pint.  1 Quart serves 2-3 (9 meatballs per quart). Pint Serves 1-2. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit. 

 *We make our chicken stock with organic chicken backs, local chicken feet and filtered, pH balanced water.
