A fragrant and enlivening way to eat your pork that's gratifying without being heavy. The show stopper is the fresh cilantro and refreshing mint we add at the end.
We've based this recipe on a traditional Thai salad called Laab. Thai food is known for its vibrant flavors, and this dish is no different. We cook local, lovingly raised pork (supplemented with convention feed) with Real sea salt in some of our own rendered pork lard, stir in pulsed organic cauliflower and thin slices of organic red onion and organic cabbage, then infuse with freshly squeezed organic lime juice and a dab of fish sauce.
We finish with organic fresh cilantro and refreshing mint.
