Thanksgiving Garlicky Greens with Cherries, Walnuts and Balsamic


Thanksgiving menu for pick up (or home delivery) Wednesday 11/21. 

A luxurious way to eat greens! These sweet greens (the cold makes them sweeter!) with tart and tang and the earthy crunch of walnut make these special enough for a memorable meal.

Organic kale we sauté with fresh organic garlic in olive oil.

We toss with toasted walnuts, plump unsweetened organic cherries, and a splash of aged organic balsamic vinegar. 

It takes over 2 lbs of greens to make one quart! See photo of Susanna below.

Quart or  Pint. One Quart serves 6-8 as a side for $3.82 per serving for 6. The Pint serves 3-4. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
