Got a nut allergy? Want to use your own crust? We offer pints of pie filling only. One pint makes one 9 inch pie.
You can also divvy this into ramekins (or half pint mason jars) and bake at 325 for 30 minutes, or until set, for a crustless pumpkin custard dessert.
Our silky smooth filling includes organic pumpkin (and/or butternut), organic coconut milk (no guar gum), organic eggs, organic coconut flour, unfiltered Colorado honey, and Savory Spice Shop's cinnamon, organic ginger and fresh ground nutmeg.
Plus it makes great breakfasts. Yes, we eat pie for breakfast.
