Triple Mustard Roast Pork Loin


Pork and mustard. A classic match made in heaven. The mustard plays on and tempers the pork's richness. Simply delicious.

We brine locally, consciously raised pork loin and then roast it with a tangy and spicy triple mustard crust. Featuring organic mustard (mustard seeds, apple cider vinegar, salt) , mustard seeds, and a little dry mustard along with our chicken stock*, olive oil, and sea salt. Delicious!

*We make all our stocks and soups from scratch with filtered then mineralized and pH balanced water. Chicken stock also contains organic chicken backs, chicken feet.

Order by the Full or Half Pound.  One Full serves 3-4 with sides.
