We source wild-caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon direct from the local Boulder fisherman Matt Aboussie (beautiful photos from his Alaskan adventures here) and mix it with fresh I organic dill, organic green onions, fresh squeezed organic lemon juice, organic eggs, olive oil, and Real sea salt.
Cooked or uncooked options available. The cooked salmon patties also contain olive oil (the uncooked do not).
Four large 4-ounce patties per Full order ( 1 lb). $7.23 per 4-oz uncooked patty.
Fully cooked option freezes well! A quick dinner later in the week.
