Organic quinoa, our gluten-free flour blend (contains tapioca, rice, and sorghum flours), organic eggs, toasted organic pumpkin seeds, fresh organic cilantro, chevre goat cheese, organic extra virgin olive oil, freshly squeezed organic lemon juice, organic garlic, and sea salt. and Real sea salt. We cook each of these individually in olive oil.

These keep well for up to 5 days and freeze excellently for quick meals later. They also travel really well.
